QC/T 417-2001 consists of the following five parts under the general title Connector used in automobile wire harness and electrical device:

——Part 2: Type and dimension of the male terminal;

——Part 4: Type, dimension and special requirement of the device connector (male);
——Part 5: Type, dimension and special requirement of the device connector (female);
This is Part 3 of QC/T 417-2001.
This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 Directives for standardization - Part 1: Structure and drafting of standards.
This standard is the revision of QCN 29010-1991 Type, dimension and technical requirements of low-voltage automotive ring terminals, QCn 29011-1991 Type, dimension and technical requirements of automotive ignition ring terminals and QCn 29013-1991 Type, dimension and technical requirements of automotive storage battery ring terminals. The following main changes are made with respect to QC 29010-1991, QCn29011-1991 and QCn 29013-1991:
——the original QCn 29010-1991, QCn 29011-1991 and QCn 29013-1991 are merged into one standard and renamed as Type, dimension and special requirement of the ring terminal.
—— “3.2 Mark of ring terminal”, “3.3.2.1 Specification and dimension of direct fork head” and “3.3.3 Specification and dimensions of transverse fork ring terminal” in original QCn 29010-1991 are deleted.
——“3.2 Labeling example” in original QCn 29013-1991 is deleted.

1 Scope
This standard specifies type, dimension and technical requirements of automotive ring terminal.
This standard is applicable to connectors of low-voltage ring terminal, ignition ring terminal and storage battery ring terminal used in automobile wire harness and electrical device.

3 Type and dimension
3.1 General description
The dimension of unmarked tolerance in the figures and tables in the standard is Grade M in GB/T 1804-2000.
3.2 Type and dimension of low-voltage ring terminal
Low-voltage ring terminal is classified into round terminal and fork terminal by shape. The type and dimension of round terminal is as shown in Figure 1 and Table 1. The type and dimension of fork terminal is as shown in Figure 2 and Table 2.

QC/T 417—2001《汽車電線束和電氣設(shè)備用連接器》包括5個部分:
——第1部分:定義、試驗(yàn)方法和一般性能要求;
——第2部分:插頭端子的型式和尺寸;
——第3部分:電線接頭的型式、尺寸和特殊要求;
——第4部分:設(shè)備連接器(插頭)型式、尺寸和特殊要求;
——第5部分:設(shè)備連接器(插座)型式、尺寸和特殊要求。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為QC/T 417—2001的第3部分。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按照GB/T 1.1—2009《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則 第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的結(jié)構(gòu)和編寫》給出的規(guī)則起草。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是對QCn 29010—1991《汽車用低壓電線接頭型式、尺寸和技術(shù)要求》、QCn 29011—1991《汽車用點(diǎn)火線電線接頭型式、尺寸和技術(shù)要求》、QCn 29013—1991《汽車用蓄電池電線接頭型式、尺寸和技術(shù)要求》的修訂,與QCn 29010—1991、QCn 29011—1991、QCn 29013—1991相比主要變化如下:
——把原QCn 29010—1991、QCn 29011—1991、QCn 29013—1991三個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)合并為一個標(biāo)準(zhǔn),改名稱為“電線接頭的型式、尺寸和特殊要求”。
——刪除了原QCn 29010—1991中的“3.2電線接頭標(biāo)記”“3.3.2.1叉形直接頭的規(guī)格和尺寸”“3.3.3橫置叉形電線接頭的規(guī)格和尺寸”。
——刪除了原QCn 29013—1991中的“3.2標(biāo)記示例”。

3.1 一般說明

3.2低壓電線接頭的型式和尺寸
低壓電線接頭按外形可分為圓形接頭和叉形接頭兩種。圓形接頭的型式和尺寸見圖1和表1。叉形接頭的型式和尺寸見圖2和表2。

4特殊要求
4.1低壓電線接頭的特殊要求
材料為銅及銅合金帶材時,按GB/T 2059規(guī)定或供需雙方商定。覆蓋層由供需雙方商定。
4.2汽車用點(diǎn)火線電線接頭的特殊要求
材料為鋼帶65Mn,厚0.4 mm時,按YB/T 5058規(guī)定;覆蓋層為D·Zn 13時,按QC/T 625規(guī)定。
4.3汽車用蓄電池電線接頭的特殊要求
要求如下:
1)A、B型為銅合金,C型為銅板時,按GB/T 2040規(guī)定,型號由供需雙方商定;
2)A、B型為鍍錫覆蓋層時,按QC/T 625規(guī)定;
3)蓄電池用緊固螺栓為M6或M8規(guī)格時,按GB/T35規(guī)定。鍍錫時,按QC/T 625規(guī)定。
