This part is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces GB/T 3903.7-2005 Footwear - Ageing conditioning, and the following main technical changes have been made with respect to GB/T 3903.7-2005:
——The normative references are modified (see Clause 2, Clause 2 of Edition 2005);
——The terms and definitions are modified (see Clause 3, Clause 3 of Edition 2005);
——The test report is modified (see Clause 8, Clause 8 of Edition 2005);
——The word "heat ageing" is changed to "dry heat ageing" in the text; and the word "humidified ageing" is changed to "damp-heat ageing".
This part, by means of translation, is identical to ISO 20870: 2017 Footwear - Ageing conditioning.
The Chinese documents identical to the normative international documents given in this part are as follows:
——GB/T 22049-2019 Footwear - Standard atmospheres for conditioning and testing of footwear and components for footwear (ISO 18454: 2018, IDT);
——GB/T 22050-2008 Footwear - Sampling location, preparation and duration of conditioning of samples and test pieces (ISO 17709: 2004, IDT).
The following editorial changes have been made in this part:

Footwear - Test methods for whole shoe - Ageing conditioning
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 3903 specifies test methods which are intended to imitate the effects of naturally occurring reactions. The physical properties of interest are measured before and after the application of the ageing conditioning. The effect of the ageing conditioning on any of the physical properties of the material may be determined.

4 Test apparatus and materials
4.1 Dry heat ageing test
4.1.1 Oven, with forced circulation system, capable of maintaining the temperature within (70 ± 2)℃.
4.2 Damp heat ageing test
4.2.1 Ageing apparatus, of such a size that the total volume of test pieces does not exceed 10% of the free air space, and such that the test pieces are free to stretch, and exposed to the ageing atmosphere on all sides and not exposed to light.
4.2.2 Glass vessel, with a suitable plug for maintaining the test pieces at a relative humidity of 100%, and a water-bath or oven for heating the vessel, capable of maintaining the temperature at (70±2)℃.
5 Sampling and conditioning
The number, size and shape of the test pieces shall be determined according to the nature of the test, and sampling shall be done in accordance with ISO 17709 before the ageing test, with the dimensions defined in the particular test.
6 Test procedure
After conditioning, the physical properties shall be determined, and the test pieces shall be brought rapidly to the ageing condition. The duration of dry heat ageing and of damp heat ageing is (168±2) h.
At the end of the ageing treatment, condition for 24 h according to ISO 18454 before testing.

1 范圍
GB/T 3903的本部分規(guī)定了模擬自然發(fā)生反應(yīng)效果的試驗(yàn)方法。老化處理前后分別測(cè)定試樣的物理性能。老化處理對(duì)試樣任何物理性能的影響都可能會(huì)測(cè)定出來。

4試驗(yàn)設(shè)備和材料
4.1干熱老化試驗(yàn)
4.1.1 烘箱,有強(qiáng)制循環(huán)系統(tǒng),能將溫度保持在(70±2)℃范圍內(nèi)。
4.2濕熱老化試驗(yàn)
4.2.1 老化試驗(yàn)設(shè)備,其尺寸應(yīng)保證試樣的總體積不超過自由空氣空間的10%。試樣完全自由伸張,試樣所有部分均處于老化空氣中,避光放置。
4.2.2玻璃容器,有合適塞子的玻璃容器放置試樣,能使待測(cè)試樣在相對(duì)濕度為100%的空氣中,用水浴鍋或者烘箱來加熱此玻璃容器,保持其溫度在(70±2)℃。
5取樣和環(huán)境調(diào)節(jié)
試樣數(shù)量、尺寸和形狀的選取根據(jù)試驗(yàn)的性質(zhì)來決定,在老化試驗(yàn)前按ISO 17709規(guī)定的特定試驗(yàn)的試樣尺寸進(jìn)行取樣。
6試驗(yàn)步驟
在環(huán)境調(diào)節(jié)后進(jìn)行物理性能的測(cè)定,然后試樣應(yīng)立即放置到老化環(huán)境中。干熱老化過程和濕熱老化過程的時(shí)間均為(168±2)h。
老化處理后、試驗(yàn)前按ISO 18454對(duì)試樣進(jìn)行24 h的調(diào)節(jié)。
7試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表達(dá)
試樣性能的變化率X以百分?jǐn)?shù)(%)表示,按式(1)計(jì)算:

8試驗(yàn)報(bào)告
試驗(yàn)報(bào)告應(yīng)包括以下內(nèi)容:
a)本部分編號(hào);
b)詳細(xì)描述試樣性質(zhì);
c) 本試驗(yàn)方法的參考;
d)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,按第7章表示;
e) 說明是干熱老化試驗(yàn)還是濕熱老化試驗(yàn);
f) 在老化前后測(cè)定其單獨(dú)性能,在適當(dāng)?shù)那闆r下,用百分比表示性能的變化;
g)試驗(yàn)日期;
h)試驗(yàn)過程中觀察到的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)環(huán)境情況。
