1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for drinking water quality and drinking water source quality, the sanitary requirements for drinking water plant, secondary water supply, health and safety products involving drinking water, and water quality inspection methods.
This document is applicable to all kinds of drinking water.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

drinking water
water for human to drink and use
3.2
centralized water supply
water supply type of collecting water centrally from water sources and distributing it to users or public water intake points through water transmission and distribution pipe network

small centralized water supply
centralized water supply with designed daily supply capacity below 1,000m3 or water supply population below 10,000 persons
3.4
decentralized water supply
water supply type that users take water directly from water sources with no treatment or simple facilities only

finished water
water about to enter the transmission and distribution pipe network after the drinking water plant completes the treatment process flow
3.6
tap water
water generated by delivering finished water to user's taps through water transmission and distribution pipe network
3.7
regular indices
indices reflecting the basic situation of drinking water quality
3.8
expanded indices
indices reflecting the water quality characteristics of regional drinking water and the water quality situation in a certain period of time or under special circumstances
4 Requirements for drinking water quality

1 范圍
本文件規定了生活飲用水水質要求、生活飲用水水源水質要求、集中式供水單位衛生要求、二次供水衛生要求、涉及飲用水衛生安全的產品衛生要求、水質檢驗方法。
本文件適用于各類生活飲用水。

3 術語和定義
下列術語和定義適用于本文件。
3.1
生活飲用水 drinking water
供人生活的飲水和用水。
3.2
集中式供水 centralized water supply
自水源集中取水，通過輸配水管網送到用戶或者公共取水點的供水方式。
3.3
小型集中式供水 small centralized water supply
設計日供水量在1000m3以下或供水人口在1萬人以下的集中式供水。
3.4
分散式供水 decentralized water supply
用戶直接從水源取水，未經任何處理或僅有簡易設施處理的供水方式。
3.5
出廠水 finished water
集中式供水單位完成處理工藝流程后即將進入輸配水管網的水。
3.6
末梢水 tap water
出廠水經輸配水管網輸送至用戶水龍頭的水。
3.7
常規指標 regular indices
反映生活飲用水水質基本狀況的指標。
3.8
擴展指標 expanded indices
反映地區生活飲用水水質特征及在一定時間內或特殊情況下水質狀況的指標。
4 生活飲用水水質要求
4.1 生活飲用水水質應符合下列基本要求，保證用戶飲用安全：
a)生活飲用水中不應含有病原微生物；
b)生活飲用水中化學物質不應危害人體健康；
c)生活飲用水中放射性物質不應危害人體健康；
d)生活飲用水的感官性狀良好；
e)生活飲用水應經消毒處理。
4.2 生活飲用水水質應符介表1和表3要求。此廠水和末梢水中消毒劑限值、消毒劑余量均應符合表2要求。
注：當生活飲用水中含有附錄A所列指標時，可參考表A.1中該指標的限值評價。
