Laptop Bag 1 Scope This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of laptop bag. Note: the longest distance of the contour length of the main product structure is the product specification. 4.3 Appearance quality Appearance quality shall meet the requirements of Table 3. b)帶有各種提把的電腦包(套)； c)帶有各種背帶、提把的電腦包(套)； d)其他型式結(jié)構(gòu)的包、套、袋。 4要求 4.1原料和配件 按有關(guān)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選用。 4.1.1有害物質(zhì)限量 皮革、再生革、紡織類材料有害物質(zhì)限量值應(yīng)符合GB 在加工生產(chǎn)以前，按有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行檢驗或驗證，有害物質(zhì)限量按GB 20400—2006、GB 19340—2003、GB 21550—2008、GB/T2912.1—1998、GB/T 17592—2006等進(jìn)行檢測。 5.2規(guī)格 采用精度不低于1 mm的鋼卷尺或?qū)Ｓ贸邷y量，測量包體自然狀態(tài)下外輪廓的最長點。 5.3外觀質(zhì)量、標(biāo)識 在自然光線下，用目測、感官并結(jié)合精度不低于1 mm的量尺檢驗外觀質(zhì)量。 5.4皮革復(fù)合材料厚度 按GB/T 22889的規(guī)定測定皮革基體厚度和總厚度，按公式(1)計算皮革基體厚度的百分比，精確至0.01％： (1) 式中： P——皮革基體厚度占總厚度的百分比，％； d0——皮革基體厚度的算術(shù)平均值，單位為毫米(mm)； d——皮革復(fù)合材料總厚度的算術(shù)平均值，單位為毫米(mm)。 5.5理化性能 5.5.1振蕩沖擊性能 試驗前，用精度不低于1 mm的量尺測量起連接作用的帶袢部件長度(未固定部分長度)，容積按QB/T 5083—2017中的方法B進(jìn)行測量，并按表5規(guī)定負(fù)重，將負(fù)重均勻地擺放在包內(nèi)，并將背帶調(diào)節(jié)到最大長度，按QB/T 2922規(guī)定分別對背帶、提把、側(cè)提把進(jìn)行試驗，測試后在2min內(nèi)測量起連接作用的袢類部件的長度，計算與原長相比的變形率。 測試雙背帶、雙提把時，應(yīng)將兩條背帶或兩個提把同時固定在箱包振蕩沖擊試驗機(jī)的夾具上。 注1：主要起展示、懸掛作用的部件帶體長度不大于15 cm時不檢振蕩沖擊性能，如雙肩背包頂部雙肩背帶間的掛袢等。當(dāng)相關(guān)方對這些部件提出檢測需求時，可對這些部件在規(guī)定負(fù)重下進(jìn)行振蕩沖擊測試。 取電腦包面料、里料或防水罩中任意一種材料(優(yōu)先截取其中抗?jié)B水性能好的材料)進(jìn)行試驗，取材料有效面積大于130 mm×130 mm的正方形試樣兩份或直徑大于130mm的圓形試樣兩份，把狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)過的試樣夾持在測試頭中，使織物測試面與水接觸。水壓上升速率為(1.00±0.05)kPa/min，按GB/T 4744—1997規(guī)定對試樣進(jìn)行試驗，直到有3處滲水為止，并記錄此時的壓力，取兩次測試的較低值作為測試結(jié)果。 5.5.3縫合強(qiáng)度 截取電腦包主要部位的縫合面料兩份，有效面積為80 mm×60 mm(縫合部位長度80 mm，縫合部位兩側(cè)面料寬度60 mm)，上下夾具夾量寬50 mm，深(30±2)mm，用拉力機(jī)測試，拉伸速度(100±10)mm/min，至拉斷(線或面料)為止，結(jié)果取較低值。 若測試部位的面料、里料縫合在一起，則同時裁樣，上下夾具將面料與里料同時夾持、測試。 5.5.4配件 在振蕩沖擊性能試驗后用手工檢驗，開、關(guān)記作1次。 5.5.4.1 包鎖耐用度測試：機(jī)械密碼鎖用手撥密碼輪設(shè)定密碼，并用所設(shè)定的密碼開啟和關(guān)閉密碼鎖，任意組合各位數(shù)碼，分別開、關(guān)測試200次。鑰匙鎖用鑰匙開啟和關(guān)閉鎖具，測試200次。電子編碼鎖使用電子鑰匙開啟和關(guān)閉鎖具，測試200次。 5.5.4.2包鎖保密度測試：鑰匙鎖用非專用鑰匙開啟測試10次；電子編碼鎖輸入10次不同的錯誤編碼或用10個設(shè)有其他編碼的感應(yīng)卡對電子編碼鎖進(jìn)行測試；機(jī)械密碼鎖選用任意10組不同的亂碼開啟測試。 5.5.4.3插接件、磁扣件手動開、合記作1次，分別測試200次。 5.5.5拉鏈耐用度 選取拉鏈長度20 cm，以(20±2)次/min的頻率進(jìn)行測試，開、合記作1次。拉鏈長度不足20 cm，在拉鏈最大長度范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行測試。 5.5.6摩擦色牢度 在電腦包大面、包蓋上分別取樣，檢驗沾色牢度。前大面、后大面、包蓋為相同材料時，從后大面取樣、測試；前大面、后大面、包蓋為不同材料時，分別取樣、測試。 皮革、人造革/合成革類、再生革類材料按QB/T 2537進(jìn)行測試，測試頭質(zhì)量1 000 g，干擦50次，濕擦20次；織物類材料按GB/T 3920規(guī)定進(jìn)行測試。 5.5.7五金配件耐腐蝕性 電鍍層五金配件按QB/T 3826進(jìn)行檢驗，試驗周期16 h；噴涂層和其他鍍層方式按GB/T 1771進(jìn)行檢驗，試驗周期16 h，結(jié)果按GB/T 1740進(jìn)行級數(shù)評價。 6檢驗規(guī)則 6.1 組批 以同一品種原料投產(chǎn)，按同一生產(chǎn)工藝生產(chǎn)出來的同一品種、同一規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品組成的一個檢驗批。 6.2出廠檢驗 每批產(chǎn)品出廠前應(yīng)對產(chǎn)品逐件進(jìn)行檢驗，經(jīng)檢驗合格后方可出廠。 6.3型式檢驗 有下列情況之一者，應(yīng)從出廠檢驗合格的產(chǎn)品中隨機(jī)抽取3只進(jìn)行常規(guī)型式檢驗： a)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、工藝、材料有重大改變時； b)產(chǎn)品停產(chǎn)半年以上恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)時； c)國家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)提出進(jìn)行型式檢驗時； d)正常生產(chǎn)時，每半年至少進(jìn)行1次型式檢驗。 6.4合格判定 6.4.1單只判定規(guī)則 優(yōu)等品：有害物質(zhì)限量、外觀質(zhì)量、標(biāo)識、物理機(jī)械性能全部達(dá)到優(yōu)等品要求，判該只產(chǎn)品為優(yōu)等品。 合格品：有害物質(zhì)限量、標(biāo)識、物理機(jī)械性能中若有1項不合格，即判該產(chǎn)品不合格。有害物質(zhì)限量、標(biāo)識、物理機(jī)械性能全部合格，外觀質(zhì)量中可有不超過3項的輕微缺陷，則判該產(chǎn)，晶合格。若產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)影響產(chǎn)品使用功能的缺陷，即判該產(chǎn)品不合格。 6.4.2批量判定規(guī)則 優(yōu)等品：3只被測樣品全部達(dá)到優(yōu)等品要求，則判該批產(chǎn)品為優(yōu)等品。 合格品：3只被測樣品全部達(dá)到合格品要求，則判該批產(chǎn)品為合格。若有1只(及以上)不合格，則加倍抽樣進(jìn)行復(fù)檢，復(fù)檢全部合格，則判該批產(chǎn)品合格。 7標(biāo)志、包裝、運輸和貯存 7.1 標(biāo)志 7.1.1 經(jīng)檢驗合格的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)有以下標(biāo)志： 生產(chǎn)單位(經(jīng)銷單位)名稱、單位地址、商標(biāo)、等級、產(chǎn)品合格證(或檢驗標(biāo)識)、聯(lián)系電話；必要時，應(yīng)附產(chǎn)品使用(維護(hù)保養(yǎng))說明。 必要時，產(chǎn)品外包裝應(yīng)包括產(chǎn)品名稱、貨號、顏色、數(shù)量、貯運(防護(hù))標(biāo)識等標(biāo)志。 7.1.2產(chǎn)品標(biāo)簽應(yīng)包括以下內(nèi)容：產(chǎn)品名稱、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號、規(guī)格(型號)、貨號、主體面層材質(zhì)、合格(檢驗)標(biāo)識等。 7.2包裝 產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)外包裝應(yīng)采用適宜的包裝材料，防止產(chǎn)品在運輸、貯存過程中受損。 7.3運輸和貯存 ——防止曝曬、雨雪淋； ——保持通風(fēng)干燥，防潮，避免高溫環(huán)境； ——遠(yuǎn)離化學(xué)物質(zhì)、液體侵蝕； ——避免尖銳物品的戳、劃。
