The Bearing of Back Roll for Belt Conveyor Idlers — Basic Parameters and Dimensions
1 Scope
This standard specifies the term and definition, representation methods of type, structure type, basic parameters and dimensions, and technical requirements of the bearing of back roll for belt conveyor idlers (hereinafter referred to as bearing housing).
This standard is applicable to the parameters and dimensions of idler specified in GB/T 990-1991.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
idler
a device for supporting the conveyor belt and the materials on the conveyor belt to ensure the stable operation of the conveyor belt
3.2
bearing housing
parts for supporting bearings and the like are formed by cold stamping. Types are TD75, DTII, TK, TKII and SP
4 Representation Methods of Type
4.1 Representation methods of type for bearing housing are as follows:

4.2 Designation example
Bearing housing of the idler type is DTII, the bearing type is 4G204, and the idler diameter is φ89, designated as DTII204-89.
5 Structure Type, Basic Parameters and Dimensions
5.1 Structure type
a. Type TD75 bearing housing as shown in Figure 1;
b. Type DTII bearing housing as shown in Figures 2 and 3;
c. Type TK bearing housing as shown in Figure 4;
d. Type TKII bearing housing as shown in Figure 5;
e. Type SP bearing housing as shown in Figure 6.
5.2 Basic parameters and dimensions
The basic parameters and dimensions shall comply with the requirements specified in Tables 1 to 5.
6 Technical Requirements
6.1 The chemical composition of materials selected for the product shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 699-1999. The recommended materials are: 08Al, 08F, SPHE, etc.
6.2 The physical and mechanical properties of the materials shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 13237-1991.
6.3 The dimension, shape, weight and tolerance of materials selected for the product shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 708-1988 and GB/T 709-1988.
6.4 According to the requirements of GB/T 15055-1994, the dimensions in the drawing without tolerance indication shall be manufactured according to the accuracy of Class f.
6.5 There shall be no defects, such as burrs, cracks, dents and wrinkles on the product surface.
6.6 D1 and bearing contact surface, the radial contact surface and the axial contact surface shall not less than 80%.

1 范圍
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了帶式輸送機(jī)托輥沖壓軸承座(以下簡稱軸承座)產(chǎn)品的術(shù)語和定義、型號(hào)表示方法、結(jié)構(gòu)型式、基本參數(shù)與尺寸、技術(shù)要求。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于GB/T 990-1991所列的托輥參數(shù)與尺寸。

3 術(shù)語和定義
下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3.1
托輥
用于支承輸送帶及輸送帶上的物料,保證輸送帶穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的裝置。
3.2
沖壓軸承座
采用冷沖壓成型的用于支承軸承等的零件。型式有TD75型、DTⅡ型、TK型、TKⅡ型和SP型。

5.1 結(jié)構(gòu)型式

5.2 基本參數(shù)與尺寸
基本參數(shù)與尺寸符合表1~表5 。
6 技術(shù)要求
6.1 產(chǎn)品所選材料的化學(xué)成分應(yīng)符合GB/T 699-1999要求,建議采用材料為:08Al、08F、SPHE等。
6.2 材料的物理機(jī)械性能應(yīng)符合GB/T 13237-1991要求。
6.3 產(chǎn)品所選材料的尺寸、外形、重量及允許偏差應(yīng)符合GB/T 708-1988、GB/T 709-1988要求。
6.4 圖樣中未注公差的尺寸,按GB/T 15055-1994的規(guī)定,其公差等級(jí)按f級(jí)精度制造。
6.5 產(chǎn)品表面不允許有毛刺、裂紋、凹痕、皺紋等缺陷。
6.6 D1與軸承接觸面,徑向接觸面和軸向接觸面均不小于80%。
