1 Scope
This standard specifies the terminologies and definitions concerned with electric vehicle charging/battery swap infrastructure.
This standard is applicable to electric vehicle charging/battery swap infrastructure adopting conductive charging mode.
2 Charging/Battery Swap Infrastructure
2.1
Charging/battery swap infrastructure
A generic term for relevant infrastructure providing electric energy for electric vehicles, generally including charging station, battery swap station, battery dispatch center, centralized or dispersedly-distributed AC charging spot, etc.
3 Charging/Battery Swap Modes
3.1
Vehicle charge mode
The charge mode of directly connecting the electric vehicle with charging equipment.
3.1.1
DC charge
The mode of providing electric energy for electric vehicles with DC power supply.
3.1.2
AC charge
The mode of providing electric energy for electric vehicles with AC power supply.
3.2
Battery swap mode
The mode of providing electric energy for electric vehicles through swapping power battery.
3.2.1
Side-swapping of battery pack
The swapping mode of battery packs where they are installed on both sides of vehicle body.
3.2.2
Bottom-swapping of battery pack
The swapping mode of battery pack where it is installed at the bottom of vehicle body.
3.2.3
Front/rear-swapping of battery pack
The swapping mode of battery pack where it is installed in front/rear compartment of vehicle body.
4 Charging Equipment
4.1
Charging equipment
The equipment connected with and providing electric energy for the electric vehicle or power battery, generally including off-board charger, on-board charger, AC charging spot, etc.
4.2
Off-board charger
The special device installed outside the electric vehicle body that converts the AC electric energy to DC electric energy and charges the power battery of electric vehicle with conductive mode.
4.3
On-board charger
The special device fixed on the electric vehicle that converts the AC electric energy to DC electric energy and charges the power battery of electric vehicle with conductive mode.
4.4
AC charging spot
The special power device providing AC power supply for electric vehicle equipped with on-board charger with conductive mode.
4.5
Connection set for charging
The component connecting the electric vehicle and its power supply equipment during charging, including cable as well as power supply interface, vehicle interface, online control box, cap, etc.

5 Charging Station/Battery Swap Station
5.1
Charging station
The location providing electric energy for electric vehicles with vehicle charge mode, which consists of three or more sets of electric vehicle charging equipment, at least one set of off-board charger and relevant power supply equipment, monitoring equipment, etc.
5.2
Battery swap station
The location providing electric energy for electric vehicles with battery swap mode.
5.3
Charging and battery swap station
The location providing both vehicle charge service and battery swap service for electric vehicles.
5.4
Battery dispatch center
The location charging power battery in concentrated way and providing battery dispatching service for battery swap station, also referred to as concentrated battery charging station.

本標準規定了與電動汽車充換電設施相關的術語及其定義。
本標準適用于采用傳導充電方式的電動汽車充換電設施。
2充換電設施
2.1
充換電設施charging/battery swap infrastructure
為電動汽車提供電能的相關設施的總稱,一般包括充電站、電池更換站、電池配送中心、集中或分散布置的交流充電樁等。
3充換電模式
3.1
整車充電模式vehicle charge mode
將電動汽車直接與充電設備相連接進行充電的方式。
3.1.1
直流充電DC charge
采用直流電源為電動汽車提供電能的方式。
3.1.2
交流充電AC charge
采用交流電源為電動汽車提供電能的方式。
3.2
電池更換模式battery swap mode
通過更換動力蓄電池為電動汽車提供電能的方式。
3.2.1
側向換電side-swapping of battery pack
電池箱安裝在車體兩側時的電池箱更換方式。
3.2.2
底部換電bottom-swapping of battery pack
電池箱安裝在車體底部時的電池箱更換方式。
3.2.3
端部換電front/rear-swapping of battery pack
電池箱安裝在車體前后艙時的電池箱更換方式。
4充電設備
4.1
充電設備charging equipment
與電動汽車或動力蓄電池相連接,并為其提供電能的設備,一般包括非車載充電機、車載充電機、交流充電樁等。
4.2
非車載充電機off-board charger
安裝在電動汽車車體外,將交流電能變換為直流電能,采用傳導方式為電動汽車動力蓄電池充電的專用裝置。
4.3
車載充電機on-board charger
固定安裝在電動汽車上運行,將交流電能變換為直流電能,采用傳導方式為電動汽車動力蓄電池充電的專用裝置。
4.4
交流充電樁AC charging spot
采用傳導方式為具有車載充電裝置的電動汽車提供交流電源的專用供電裝置。
4.5
充電連接裝置 connection set for charging
電動汽車充電時,連接電動汽車和電動汽車供電設備的組件,除電纜外,還可能包括供電接口、車輛接口、線上控制盒和帽蓋等部件。

5.1
充電站charging station
采用整車充電模式為電動汽車提供電能的場所,主要由三臺及以上電動汽車充電設備,至少有一臺非車載充電機,以及相關的供電設備、監控設備等組成。
5.2
電池更換站(換電站) battery swap station
采用電池更換模式為電動汽車提供電能的場所。
5.3
充換電站charging and battery swap station
同時可為電動汽車提供整車充電服務和電池更換服務的場所。
5.4
電池配送中心 battery dispatch center
對動力蓄電池集中進行充電,并為電池更換站提供電池配送服務的場所。也可稱為電池集中充電站。

6.1
供電系統power-supply system
為充電站/電池更換站提供電源的電力設備和配電線路組成的系統。
6.2
充電系統charging system
由充電站/電池更換站內的所有充電設備、電纜及相關輔助設備組成的系統。
6.3
電池更換系統battery swap system
實現電動汽車動力蓄電池更換的機械設備和電氣設備組成的系統。
6.3.1
動力蓄電池箱power battery pack
由若干單體蓄電池或動力蓄電池模塊、箱體、電池信息采集單元及相關電氣、機械附件等構成的裝置,簡稱電池箱。
6.3.2
電池箱連接器battery pack coupler
實現電池箱與電動汽車、電池箱與充電架之間傳導式連接的專用電連接器。
6.3.3
充電架charging rack
由機械、電氣、通信等裝置構成,用以連接非車載充電機和電池箱,完成充電過程的電池箱承載設備。
6.3.4
電池箱存儲架battery pack storage rack
用于集中承載電池箱的設備。
6.3.5
電池箱更換設備 battery pack swap equipment
用于卸載、搬運和裝載電池箱的專用設備。
6.3.6
電池箱轉運設備 battery pack transfer equipment
用于將電池箱搬運至規定位置的專用設備。
6.3.7
車輛導引系統vehicle polot system
實現導引電動汽車至規定位置以便便進行電池箱更換的系統。
6.3.8
電池箱更換時間battery pack swap time
電動汽車從就位后至完成電池箱更換(電動汽車自身具備行駛條件)所需的時間。
6.4
監控系統 monitoring system
應用信息、網絡及通信技術,對充電站/電池更換站內設備運行狀態和環境進行監視、控制和管理的系統。
6.5
計量計費系統 metering and billing system
用于實現充電站/電池更換站與申網之間、充電站/電池更換站與電動汽車用戶之間的電能結算的全套計量和計費裝置。
7運營管理系統
7.1
運營管理系統operation and management system
實現電動汽車充電和電池更換相關業務的數據采集、數據存儲、統計分析、運行決策、營業服務以及調度管理的系統。
