Coding regulation for swapping power battery pack of electric vehicles
1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements, code structure and data carrier of unified coding of swapping power battery pack of electric vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "battery pack").
This standard is applicable to the use, maintenance, management and traceability of battery packs in battery swap mode.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 29317 and the following apply.
3.1
power battery pack
unit composed of several battery cells or power battery modules, case, battery information acquisition unit, related electrical and mechanical accessories, etc.
3.2
battery pack code
unique identification number composed of a group of numbers and English letters with certain meaning to represent the main attributes of the battery pack
4 Basic requirements
4.1 Uniqueness
A battery pack code shall be unique to the battery pack.
4.2 Conciseness
The battery pack code shall be as short as possible, so as to occupy less space in the memory of a machine and reduce the code error rate.
4.3 Applicability
The battery pack code shall reflect the product features such as battery pack connector, locking mechanism, battery type, capacity, etc.
4.4 Stability
The battery pack code shall remain constant if it is determined.
4.5 Extensibility
The battery pack code shall have backup capacity, to adapt to the needs of code extension.
5 Coding
5.1 Code structure composition
The code structure shall consist of two parts, as shown in Tables 1 and 2. The first part is design information and the second part is feature information. The two parts can be coded separately or together.

5.2 Code structure representation method
5.2.1 Manufacturer code
Manufacturers include production manufacturers, echelon use manufacturers and importers. The manufacturer code is represented by three digits of English capital letters, numbers 0 to 9, or a combination of letters and numbers, which are uniformly distributed by the industry administration department. Letters that are easy to be confused with numbers, such as O, I, Q, S and Z should not be used.
5.2.2 Product type code
The power battery pack, battery module and battery cell are represented by capital letters P, M and C respectively.
5.2.3 Battery type code
The battery type code is represented by the battery material type, i.e., an English capital letter, as shown in Table 3. For multi-component mixed material system, coding is conducted based on the component with the maximum content; in case of two or more components with the same content, the one with inferior safety shall be adopted for coding.

5.2.4 Specification code
The specification code is represented by two digits of English capital letters, numbers 0 to 9 or a combination of letters and numbers. It is defined by the enterprise and refers to different product specifications and models. The enterprise needs to record the customized specification code. Letters that are easy to be confused with numbers, such as O, I, Q, S and Z should not be used.
5.2.5 Traceability information code
The traceability information code is represented by seven digits of English capital letters, numbers 0 to 9, or a combination of letters and numbers. It is defined by the enterprise. Traceability information code is necessary for new power battery products while unavailable for those in echelon use. The enterprise needs to record the customized traceability information code. Letters that are easy to be confused with numbers, such as O, I, Q, S and Z should not be used.
5.2.6 Manufacturing date code
The manufacturing date code shall be represented by three digits of English capital letters and numbers, in which, the first digit represents the year, to be used in accordance with Table 4 (in 30-year cycling); the second digit represents the month expressed in hexadecimal values; the third digit represents the calendar day used in accordance with Table 5.

1 范圍
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了電動汽車更換用動力蓄電池箱(以下簡稱電池箱)統(tǒng)一編碼的基本規(guī)定、編碼結(jié)構(gòu)以及數(shù)據(jù)載體。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于采用換電模式的電池箱使用、維護(hù)、管理和追溯。

3 術(shù)語和定義
GB/T 29317界定的以及下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。
3.1
動力蓄電池箱 power battery pack
由若干單體蓄電池或動力蓄電池模塊、箱體、電池信息采集單元及相關(guān)電氣、機(jī)械附件等構(gòu)成的裝置。
3.2
動力蓄電池箱編碼 battery pack code
由一組有一定信息含義的數(shù)字和英文字母表示電池箱主要屬性和唯一性的標(biāo)識代碼。
4 基本規(guī)定
4.1 唯一性
一個電池箱編碼應(yīng)表示唯一的電池箱。
4.2 簡明性
電池箱編碼長度應(yīng)簡短,應(yīng)節(jié)省機(jī)器存儲空間和減少代碼的差錯率。
4.3 適用性
電池箱編碼應(yīng)反映電池箱連接器、鎖止機(jī)構(gòu)、電池類型、容量等產(chǎn)品特性。
4.4 穩(wěn)定性
電池箱編碼一旦確定,應(yīng)保持不變。
4.5 可擴(kuò)展性
電池箱編碼應(yīng)留有后備容量,應(yīng)適應(yīng)擴(kuò)充需要。
5 編碼
5.1 代碼結(jié)構(gòu)組成
代碼結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)包括兩部分,見表1和表2,第一部分為設(shè)計(jì)信息,第二部分為特征信息,兩部分可以分別編碼或合并編碼。

5.2 代碼結(jié)構(gòu)表示方法
5.2.1 廠商代碼
廠商包括生產(chǎn)廠商、梯級利用廠商、進(jìn)口商,廠商代碼由三位英文大寫字母、數(shù)字0~9或字母與數(shù)字組合表示,由行業(yè)管理部門統(tǒng)一分配,不宜使用容易和數(shù)字混淆的字母,如O、I、Q、S、Z等字母。
5.2.2 產(chǎn)品類型代碼
分別用大寫字母P、M、C表示動力蓄電池箱、蓄電池模塊及單體蓄電池。
5.2.3 電池類型代碼
以電池材料類別代表電池類型,電池類型代碼應(yīng)由一位英文大寫字母表示,見表3。對于多組分混合材料體系,采用含量最大的材料組分編寫代碼,存在兩種或兩種以上相同含量的材料組分,以安全性較差的材料組分編寫代碼。

5.2.4 規(guī)格代碼
規(guī)格代碼由兩位英文大寫字母、數(shù)字0~9或字母與數(shù)字組合表示,由企業(yè)自行定義,指代不同的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格型號。企業(yè)需對自定義規(guī)格代碼進(jìn)行備案說明,不宜使用容易和數(shù)字混淆的字母,如O、I、Q、S、Z等字母。
5.2.5 追溯信息代碼
追溯信息代碼由七位英文大寫字母、數(shù)字0~9或字母與數(shù)字組合表示,由企業(yè)進(jìn)行自行定義,對于新的動力蓄電池產(chǎn)品,應(yīng)加入追溯信息代碼,梯級利用動力蓄電池產(chǎn)品,無追溯信息代碼。企業(yè)應(yīng)對自定義追溯信息代碼進(jìn)行備案說明,不宜使用容易和數(shù)字混淆的字母,如O、I、Q、S、Z等字母。
5.2.6 生產(chǎn)日期代碼
生產(chǎn)日期應(yīng)由三位英文大寫字母和數(shù)字表示,其中第一位表示年份,年份代碼應(yīng)按照表4規(guī)定使用(30年循環(huán)一次),第二位表示月份,應(yīng)以十六進(jìn)制數(shù)值表示,第三位表示自然日,應(yīng)按照表5規(guī)定使用。

5.2.7 序列號
序列號代碼應(yīng)由六位10進(jìn)制數(shù)值表示,數(shù)值范圍應(yīng)為000 000~999 999,應(yīng)是在指定生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)電池箱產(chǎn)品的當(dāng)日順序號。
5.2.8 電池額定容量
標(biāo)識電池箱的電池額定容量,應(yīng)以數(shù)字表示,取值范圍應(yīng)為000~999,單位為安時(A·h)。
5.2.9 電池標(biāo)稱電壓
標(biāo)識電池箱的電池標(biāo)稱電壓,應(yīng)以數(shù)字表示,取值范圍應(yīng)為000.0~999.9,單位為伏(V)。
5.2.10 連接器代碼
標(biāo)識電池箱連接器的形式,應(yīng)由二位英文大寫字母、數(shù)字0~9或字母和數(shù)字組合表示,不宜使用容易和數(shù)字混淆的字母,如O、I、Q、S、Z等字母。
5.2.11 鎖止機(jī)構(gòu)代碼
標(biāo)識電池箱鎖止機(jī)構(gòu)的形式,應(yīng)由二位英文大寫字母、數(shù)字0~9或字母和數(shù)字組合表示,不宜使用容易和數(shù)字混淆的字母,如O、I、Q、S、Z等字母。
5.2.12 箱體結(jié)構(gòu)代碼
標(biāo)識電池箱箱體結(jié)構(gòu)的形式,應(yīng)由二位英文大寫字母、數(shù)字0~9或字母和數(shù)字組合表示,不宜使用容易和數(shù)字混淆的字母,如O、I、Q、S、Z等字母。
6 數(shù)據(jù)載體
6.1 標(biāo)識方式
6.1.1 標(biāo)識方式要求
標(biāo)識方式應(yīng)采用一維碼、二維碼中的至少一種方式進(jìn)行標(biāo)識。
6.1.2 一維碼
一維碼數(shù)據(jù)載體應(yīng)符合GB/T 18347和GB/T 15425的要求。編碼示例參見附錄A。
6.1.3 二維碼
二維碼數(shù)據(jù)載體應(yīng)分別符合GB/T 18284和ISO/IEC 16022的要求。
6.2 標(biāo)識符號
6.2.1 標(biāo)識符號位置
標(biāo)識符號應(yīng)固定在電池箱便于識讀、不易變形、不易磨損的位置,標(biāo)識符號應(yīng)不易替換。
6.2.2 標(biāo)識符號介質(zhì)
標(biāo)識符號應(yīng)使用耐磨損、耐腐蝕的介質(zhì)承載,標(biāo)識符號應(yīng)保持字跡清楚、堅(jiān)固耐久。
