Inspection rules for rolling bearings and commercial parts
1 Scope
This document specifies the inspection rules for universal rolling bearings and commercial parts (steel balls, ceramic balls, tapered rollers, cylindrical rollers, spherical rollers, roller pins), as well as bearing accessories.
This document is applicable to the inspection, reception, and supervision and inspection of rolling bearings and commercial parts, as well as bearing accessories by the following organizations or institutions:
a) The quality department of the supplier organization (first-party);
b) The purchaser or purchasing organization (second-party);
c) Inspection and testing institutions (third-party).

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T4199, GB/T 6930 and GB/T2828.1-2012 and the following apply.

means by which government departments control product quality through sampling inspections

conformity assessment
confirmation that the specified requirements related to products, processes, systems, personnel or institutions have been met

Foreword
本文件按照GB/T 101-2020《標準化工作導則 第1部分：標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規定起草。
本文件代替本文件代替GB/T 24608-2009《滾動軸承及其商品零件檢驗規則》，與GB/T 24608-2009相比，除結構調整和編輯性改動外，主要技術變化如下：
a) 刪除了大部分符號及其含義(見第4章，2009年版的第3章) ;；
b) 刪除了“滾針彎曲試驗”和“非工作表面粗糙度及外觀質量”檢驗項目(見2009年版的表2和表7、表8)；
c) 更改了帶座外球面球軸承及偏心套的部分檢驗項目(見表4)；
d) 增加了“同一零件硬度差”“殘留奧氏體””鋼球振動批平均值”"△、△”等部分檢驗項目(見表1~表4、表6~表8)；
e) 增加了陶瓷球及球面滾子的檢驗項目(見表6、表9)；
f) 更改了部分監督檢驗判定數(見表12, 2009年版的表11)。

1 范圍
本文件規定了通用滾動軸承及其商品零件(鋼球、陶瓷球、圓錐滾子、圓柱滾子、球面滾子、滾針)、軸承附件的檢驗規則。
本文件適用于下列組織或機構對滾動軸承及其商品零件、軸承附件的檢驗、接收和監督檢驗：
a) 供方組織內部的質量部門(第一方)；
b) 采購方或采購組織(第二方);
c) 檢驗檢測機構(第三方)。
