Medical freezer
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification requirements, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of medical freezer.
This standard is applicable to medical freezer (hereinafter referred to as “freezer”) driven by closed motors, including medical cryogenic storage box. Medical cryopreservation equipment in other temperature ranges can refer to this standard.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

medical freezer
an insulated box with proper volume and device, the temperature in which can be controlled within -25°C to -164°C, refrigerated by means of consuming electric energy, and with one or more compartments Under the specified conditions, when the freezer reaches the set temperature, it will be used by medical institutions to store the deposits, which will reach set temperature after a period and be stored reliably within the required temperature fluctuation range.

醫用冷凍保存箱
1 范圍
本標準規定了醫用冷凍保存箱的產品分類要求、試驗方法、標志、包裝、運輸、貯存。
本標準適用于采用封閉式電動機驅動壓縮式的醫用冷凍保存箱(以下簡稱冷凍箱)，包括醫用低溫保存箱。處于其他溫度范圍的醫用冷凍保存設備可參考本標準。

3 術語和定義
下列術語和定義適用于本文件。
3.1 醫用冷凍保存箱 medical freezer
一個具有適當容積和裝置的絕熱箱，箱內溫度可控制在-25℃～-164℃內，用消耗電能的手段來制冷，具有一個或多個間室。在規定的條件下，當箱內溫度達到設定溫度后，供醫療機構存放存品，這些存品經一段時間達到設定溫度，并在要求溫度波動范圍內可靠保存。
3.2 存品 deposit
準備存放在冷凍箱內的血漿、組織、細胞等醫用或類似用途的物品。
3.3 頂開式(臥式)冷凍箱 top-opening type freezer
通過頂部的箱門或蓋取放存品的冷凍箱。
3.4 直立式(立式)冷凍箱 upright type freezer
通過前邊的箱門取放存品的冷凍箱。
3.5 外形尺寸 overall dimensions
箱門或蓋關閉時，冷凍箱所占空間的大小，以高×寬×深的形式來表示。
3.6 容積 volume
按照第6.2的試驗方法測得的冷凍箱內部的空間，單位為升(L)。
3.7 負載界限 load limit
用于指示存放存品空間的邊界。
3.8 測點溫度 test point temperature
按本標準要求進行性能試驗時采集的各個測試點的溫度數值，除非特別說明是指瞬時溫度值，否則一般情況下指該測點在一定時間內的積分平均溫度值。
3.9 箱內溫度 inside temperature
冷凍箱內部的空氣溫度，是各個測點溫度的算數平均值。
3.10 有效的數據采集樣本 effective data collection samples
在環境溫度和環境濕度穩定的情況下，冷凍箱達到穩定運行狀態后，連續運行最接近3 h或至少2個循環周期(不包括任何化霜過程)的正整數倍周期，且內部各測點每分鐘至少各取數一次，這些采集的溫度為瞬時溫度值。定義這近3 h正整數周期內各個測點采集的所有溫度數據作為有效的數據采集樣本。
對于一個有效的數據采集樣本，溫度設定值是恒定的。
3.11 溫度波動度 temperature fluctuation
在有效的數據采集樣本中，箱內特性點的測點溫度在測試時間段內的瞬時溫度最大值與最小值的差。
3.12 溫度均勻度 temperature uniformity
在有效的數據采集樣本中，測量箱內每一個測點在測試時間段內的測點溫度，設定溫度與箱內每個測點溫度偏差的最大絕對值。
3.13 特性點 character point
冷凍箱內一個有代表性特征的位置點。
3.14 特性點溫度 character point temperature
冷凍箱在空載的穩定狀態下特性點可達到的最低溫度。
3.15 溫度控制周期 temperature control cycle
由溫度控制裝置的運行(開、停或其他狀態)產生的重復的溫度波動。
注：一個溫度控制周期為一個控制事件到該控制事件在下一個周期的重復時的時間間隔。若控制瞬間不容易辨別，則溫度控制周期為兩個連續的溫度最高點或兩個連續的溫度最低點的間隔。
3.16 穩定運行狀態 stable operating condition
箱內各測點的瞬時溫度值在溫度控制周期的同時刻，每次進行測量，在2 h內變化不超過±1℃的狀態。
4 產品分類
4.1 按冷凍箱門或蓋的打開方式分
可分為：
a) 直立式(立式)；
b) 頂開式(臥式)。
4.2 按冷凍箱特性點溫度分
冷凍箱按特性點溫度可分為以下溫度系列：-25℃/-30℃/-40℃/-50℃/-60℃/-86℃/-140℃/-150℃/-164℃。
注：制造商可自行規定冷凍箱特性點溫度，并在技術文件中說明，但各項指標的測試條件不變。
5 要求
5.1 使用環境
5.1.1 環境溫度
環境溫度為10℃～32℃。
5.1.2 環境濕度
相對濕度不大于83%。
5.1.3 電源
5.1.3.1 電壓：交流220 V、三相交流380 V；
5.1.3.2 頻率：50 Hz。
5.2 容積
冷凍箱容積測算值應不小于額定值的97%。
5.3 外形尺寸
確定外形尺寸時，宜保證冷凍箱在運輸時能從醫院的門通過，門的通過尺寸為1000mm×2000mm。
5.4 制冷性能
5.4.1 特性點溫度
冷凍箱箱內特性點溫度應符合表1的要求。制造商可自行規定冷凍箱特性點溫度類型，但限值均不應高于特性點溫度。
