Case and Bag Leather
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, grading, test methods, inspection rules, acceptance, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of case and bag leather.
This standard is applicable to various case and bag leathers (excluding transfer coating leather).

3 Requirements
3.1 Physical and chemical properties
It shall meet the requirements specified in Table 1.

3.2 Color fastness
It shall meet the requirements specified in Table 2.

3.3 Sensory requirements
3.3.1 The whole piece of leather has basically uniform thickness, the leather is flat and free of greasy feeling; soft leather is soft, plump and elastic.
3.3.2 There are no broken grain and pipey and the primary parts shall be free from loose grain.
3.3.3 The finishing of finished leather is uniform, the coating is in firm adhesion and free of decoating and crazing. The fluff of suede leather is uniform and the color is basically consistent.
4 Grading
After the product passes the inspection, the grading is carried out according to the proportion of available area for whole piece of leather and shall meet the requirements specified in Table 3.

Note: minor defect: defect that have no influence on the inherent quality and use of the product, but may slightly influence the appearance such as slight dyeing defect, roughness on the leather surface and non-uniform color.
5 Test Methods
5.1 Tear load
Inspect according to QB/T 4198.
5.2 Elongation under the specified load
Inspect according to QB/T 2710.
5.3 Folding fastness of coating
Inspect according to QB/T 2714.
5.4 Odor
Inspect according to QB/T 2725.
5.5 pH value and diluted difference
Inspect according to QB/T 2724.
5.6 Decomposable harmful aromatic amine dyes
Inspect according to GB/T 19942.
5.7 Carcinogenic dyes
Inspect according to GB/T 30399.
5.8 Allergenous disperse dyes
Inspect according to GB/T 30398.
5.9 Free formaldehyde
Inspect according to GB/T 19941. In case dispute occurs and arbitration inspection is carried out, the chromatography shall prevail.

3.3感官要求
3.3.1 全張革厚薄基本均勻,革身平整,無油膩感;軟革柔軟、豐滿有彈性。
3.3.2不裂面、無管皺,主要部位不應松面。
3.3.3涂飾革涂飾均勻,涂層粘著牢固,不掉漿,不裂漿。絨面革絨毛均勻,顏色基本一致。
4分級
產品經過檢驗合格后,根據全張革可利用面積的比例進行分級,應符合表3的規定。

5試驗方法
5.1 撕裂力
按QB/T 4198進行檢驗。
5.2規定負荷伸長率
按QB/T 2710進行檢驗。
5.3涂層耐折牢度
按QB/T 2714進行檢驗。
5.4氣味
按QB/T 2725進行檢驗。
5.5 pH及稀釋差
按QB/T 2724進行檢驗。
5.6可分解有害芳香胺染料
按GB/T 19942進行檢驗。
5.7致癌染料
按GB/T 30399進行檢驗。
5.8分散性致敏染料
按GB/T 30398進行檢驗。
5.9游離甲醛
按GB/T 19941進行檢驗。當發生爭議、仲裁檢驗時,以色譜法為準。
5.10摩擦色牢度
按QB/T 2537進行檢驗,測試頭質量:光面革1 000g,絨面革500 g;摩擦次數應符合表4的規定。需測量表面涂層厚度的樣品,按GB/T 22889進行測定。

5.11耐光色牢度
按QB/T 2727—2017中方法二的規定進行。
5.12耐水漬色牢度
按GB/T 22886進行檢驗,30 min以后進行觀察。
5.13感官要求
在適宜光線下,選擇能看清的視距,進行感官檢驗。
6檢驗規則
6.1 組批
以同一品種原料投產、按同一生產工藝生產出來的同一品種的產品組成一個檢驗批。
6.2出廠檢驗
產品應經過檢驗,經檢驗合格并附有合格證方可出廠。
6.3型式檢驗
6.3.1檢驗周期
有下列情況之一者,應進行型式檢驗:
a)原料、工藝、化工材料有重大改變時;
b)產品長期停產(6個月)后恢復生產時;
c) 國家質量監督機構提出進行型式檢驗要求時;
d)正常生產時,每半年至少進行1次型式檢驗。
6.3.2抽樣數量
從經檢驗合格的產品中隨機抽取3張(片)進行檢驗。
6.3.3合格判定
6.3.3.1 單張(片)判定規則
——理化性能、色牢度指標(規定負荷伸長率、pH除外)中若有1項不合格,或出現裂面、裂漿等影響使用功能的缺陷,即判該張(片)不合格;
——理化性能、色牢度指標中規定負荷伸長率、pH可有1項不合格,其余項目全部合格,感官要求中可有1項不合格,則判該張(片)合格;
——理化性能、色牢度指標全部合格,感官要求中累計超過3項不合格,則判該張(片)不合格。
6.3.3.2整批判定規則
在3張(片)被測樣品中,全部合格,則判批產品合格。若有1張(片)及以上不合格,則加倍取樣6張(片)進行復驗。6張(片)中若有1張(片)及以上不合格,則判該批產品不合格。
7驗收、標志、包裝、運輸和貯存
驗收、標志、包裝、運輸和貯存應符合QB/T 2801的規定。
