1 Scope
This standard specifies the principle, composition, sequence and designation method of the model of electromechanical product for coal mine (hereinafter referred to as products).
This standard is applicable to the electrical equipment for coal mines.
This standard is not applicable to the model designation of miner’s lamps, charging racks and luminaires.

3 Designation principles
3.1 The naming of product models shall be simple and clear.
3.2 The product model shall be composed of the capitalized Chinese Pinyin (phonetic alphabet) and Arabic numerals.
3.3 Generally, the first letter of the Chinese Pinyin of a Chinese character representing the meaning of each phrase in the product name is used.
3.4 If the model designated according to 3.3 is repeated or cannot be used due to other factors, the Chinese phonetic alphabet of other Chinese characters in the phrase may be used; 2 letters may be used if necessary.
3.5 The product model shall represent one product only, without being confused or repeated with other product models.
3.6 The model designation of this standard shall comply with the requirements of MT/T 154.1-2011.
4 Composition and sequence
4.1 Composition of product model
The product model is mainly composed of “product model code”, “first feature code”, “design serial number” and “main parameter”. The “second feature code”, “supplementary feature code” and “number of amendment” may be added one by one if it is still indistinguishable.

第2部分：電器產品型號編制方法
1 范圍
本標準規定了煤礦用電器產品(以下簡稱產品)型號編制原則、組成與排列方式、編制方法。
本標準適用于煤礦用電器設備。
本標準不適用于礦燈、充電架、照明燈具的型號編制。
2 規范性引用文件
下列文件對于本文件的應用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件，僅注日期的版本適用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本(包括所有的修改單)適用于本文件。

3 編制原則
3.1 產品型號的命名應力求簡單明了。
3.2 產品型號應由大寫漢語拼音字母及阿拉伯數字組成。
3.3 一般采用產品名稱中每個詞組的有代表意義的一個漢字的漢語拼音第一個字母。
3.4 如按3.3條規定造成型號重復或其他因素不能采用時，可采用詞組中其他漢字的漢語拼音字母，必要時可用2個字母表示。
3.5 產品型號只代表一種產品，不應與其他產品型號發生混淆與重復。
3.6 本標準型號編制應符合MT/T 154.1—2011的規定。
4 組成與排列方式
4.1 產品型號組成
產品型號主要由“產品類型代號”“第一特征代號”“設計序號”“主參數”組成。如這樣表示仍難以區分時，再逐一增加“第二特征代號”“補充特征代號”和“修改序號”。

5 編制方法
5.1 產品類型代號
產品型號中的“產品類型代號”表明產品的分類類別，一般用漢語拼音單字母表示，凡是出現區分困難時，允許用雙字母表示，分類類別代號應符合表1的規定。

5.2 第一特征代號
產品型號中的“第一特征代號”表明產品的防爆結構型式，用漢語拼音字母表示，第一特征代號應符合表2的規定。

5.3 第二特征代號
產品型號中的“第二特征代號”是在“產品類型代號”“第一特征代號”“主參數”相同時，而結構、性能、原理等不同時需要區分之用，用漢語拼音字母表示，第二特征代號應符合表3的規定。

5.4 設計序號
產品型號中的“設計序號”表明產品設計或改進代號，以阿拉伯數字表示。由產品生產企業規定。
5.5 主參數
產品型號中的“主參數”表明產品的主要技術參數，如電流、電壓、功率、主電路數×(電流/電壓、功率/電壓)，必要時可用配套機械的主參數。用“—”和前面部分連接。
5.6 補充特征代號
5.6.1 產品型號中的補充特征代號是在“產品類型代號”“第一特征代號”“主參數”相同，而需要進一步區分其有關的特征或表明與其主機的配套時作識別之用，用漢語拼音字母表示，補充代號應符合表4的規定。
