1 Scope
This document gives the socket dimensions and other requirements for 2-way, 3-way and 4-way threaded cartridge valves using ISO 725 UN and UNF threads.
This document applies to hydraulic threaded cartridge valves for a wide range of applications in industry, agriculture, mining and mobile equipment.

3 Terminology and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in ISO 5598 apply to this document.
4 Dimensions
The jacks for 2-way, 3-way and 4-way threaded cartridge valves are shown in Figures 1 to 4, and the specific dimensions are shown in Tables 1 to 4.
5 Tolerances
5.1 All dimensional tolerances marked and surface roughness expressed in accordance with ISO 1101 and ISO 1302, see Figures 1 to 4 and Tables 1 to 4. 5.2 Linear and angular dimensional tolerances shall be in accordance with ISO 2768-1.
5.3 Geometric tolerances shall conform to ISO 2768-2.
Note: The international standard designation "ISO 2768-mK" (given in ISO 2768-1 and ISO 2768-2) is used for the requirements of tolerances in all diagrams in this document.
6 Scope of application of the jack and identification and marking of the valve function
6.1 Overview
This document provides the construction and dimensions of jacks applicable to cartridge valves with different functions (directional; pull-away valves, pressure control valves, check valves, etc.). Cartridge valves are interchangeable.
6.2 Applicable jacks
The construction and dimensions of the jacks given in this document take into account the interchangeability between the majority of cartridge valves available at the time of publication. Warning; jacks may be fitted with cartridge valves of different functions to prevent mis-fitting.
6.3 Identification and marking of valve functions
Cartridge valves installed in the socket of the oil circuit block in accordance with this document are identified by their function according to ISO 9461 and marked on the oil circuit block in accordance with ISO 16874, see Appendix A.
7 Marking instructions
When choosing to comply with this document, it is appropriate to use the following statement in test reports, catalogues and product sales documents: "The socket of the hydraulic threaded cartridge valve conforms to the provisions of GB/Z41983-2022 "Dimensions of the mounting connection of the hydraulic threaded cartridge valve".

4尺寸
二通、三通和四通螺紋插裝閥的插孔見圖1~圖4,具體尺寸見表1~表4。
5公差
5.1所有的尺寸公差標注和表面粗糙度表示符合ISO 1101和ISO 1302,見圖1~圖4和表1~表4。5.2線性尺寸和角度尺寸公差應符合ISO 2768-1的規定,

6插孔適用范圍與閥功能的識別和標記
6.1概述

6.2適用插孔
本文件給出的插孔的結構和尺寸,考慮到了文件發布時已有的大多數插裝閥間的互換性。警告;插孔可安裝不同功能的插裝閥,防止誤裝。
6.3閥功能的識別和標記
安裝在符合本文件油路塊插孔中的插裝閥,功能按ISO 9461識別并標記在符合ISO 16874標識的油路塊上﹐見附錄A。
