Evaluation standard for green construction of building and municipal engineering
1 General
1.0.1 This standard is formulated to promote green construction and standardize the evaluation methods for green construction building and municipal engineering.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to construction engineering such as new construction, expansion, renovation, and demolition and green construction evaluation of building and municipal engineering such as roads, bridges, and tunnels.
1.0.3 In addition to the requirements of this standard, the evaluation for green construction of building and municipal engineering shall also meet the requirements of the current relevant national standards of the nation.

1 總則
1.0.1為推進綠色施工,規范建筑與市政工程綠色施工評價方法,制定本標準。
1.0.2本標準適用于新建、擴建、改建及拆除等建筑工程與道路、橋梁和隧道等市政工程綠色施工評價。
1.0.3 建筑與市政工程綠色施工評價除應符合本標準外,尚應符合國家現行有關標準的規定。

在保證質量、安全等基本要求的前提下,以人為本,因地制宜，通過科學管理和技術進步,最大限度地節約資源,減少對環境負面影響的施工活動。
