1 Scope
This document specifies the types, basic parameters, dimensions, and test methods of DC plugs and socket-outlets for household and similar purposes.
This document applies to plugs and socket-outlets for household and similar purposes, indoor or outdoor use, only for direct current, with a rated voltage not exceeding 400 V and a rated current not exceeding 16 A.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 2900.70 and GB/T 2099.1 apply.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General
4.1.1 DC plugs and socket-outlets for household and similar purposes are classified into two basic types: two poles without earthing-contacts and two poles with earthing-contacts.
4.1.2 The types, basic parameters and dimensions of DC plugs and socket-outlets for household and similar purposes, and the arrangement of positive and negative contacts shall be as specified in Figures 1 to 4 and Figure 16.
Note: The types, basic parameters and dimensions of plugs and socket-outlets of other specifications are under consideration.

引言
GB/T 42710旨在規范家用和類似用途直流插頭插座的技術要求,保障用戶在使用直流電子電器產品取電用電過程中帶電插拔時的安全。
GB/T 42710由以下2個部分構成。
——GB/T 42710.1《家用和類似用途直流插頭插座 第1部分：通用要求)。目的在于規范家用和類似用途直流插頭插座的防觸電保護、結構要求、機械性能、電氣性能等技術要求。
——GB/T 42710.2《家用和類似用途直流插頭插座 第2部分：型式尺寸)。目的在于規范家用和類似用途直流插頭插座的型式尺寸。
本文件能為家用和類似用途直流插頭插座產品的生產提供指導,提高產品的技術性能和安全可靠性,保障人民群眾的用電安全。

第2部分：型式尺寸
1 范圍
本文件規定了家用和類似用途直流插頭插座型式、基本參數和尺寸、試驗方法。
本文件適用于家用和類似用途的、戶內或戶外使用的、僅用于直流電、額定電壓不超過400 V、額定電流不超過16 A的插頭和插座。

4 技術要求
4.1 通則
4.1.1 家用和類似用途直流插頭插座分為兩極無接地和兩極帶接地兩種基本型式。
4.1.2 家用和類似用途直流插頭插座的型式、基本參數和尺寸、正負極觸頭布置應符合圖1~圖4、圖16的規定。
注:對其他規格的插頭插座的型式、基本參數和尺寸正在考慮中。
