This document specifies the dimensions of coated or uncoated MJ threaded self-locking inlays with small flanged metal blind holes. This document applies to aerospace MJ threads with small flanged metal blind self-locking inlays.
Note: The strength and temperature rating of self-locking inlays with small flanged metal blind holes in MJ threads is determined by the core material and sealant and is not specified in this document.
