Provisions on permissible errors for measurement of mass of polished diamond
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test method and marking for permissible errors for measurement of mass of polished diamond.
This standard is applicable to the trade and quality supervision of polished diamonds settled by mass.
This standard is applicable to single polished diamond with a mass greater than or equal to 0.0400 g (0.20 ct); for single polished diamond with a mass less than 0.0400 g (0.20 ct) or polished diamonds set in clusters or settled in bulk, this standard may be used as a reference.

1 范圍
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了拋光鉆石質(zhì)量測(cè)量允差的要求、試驗(yàn)方法和標(biāo)注。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于以質(zhì)量結(jié)算的拋光鉆石的貿(mào)易及質(zhì)量監(jiān)督。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于質(zhì)量大于或等于0.0400g(0.20ct)的單粒拋光鉆石；質(zhì)量小于0.0400g(0.20 ct)的單粒拋光鉆石及群鑲、批量結(jié)算的拋光鉆石，可參照本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。

GB/T 16554界定的以及下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。
3.1
標(biāo)注量 marking mass of diamond
拋光鉆石及其飾品的標(biāo)識(shí)、票據(jù)等所標(biāo)注的質(zhì)量，以克(g)為單位。
3.2
實(shí)際量 actual mass of diamond
依據(jù)5.2.2測(cè)量所得到的拋光鉆石的質(zhì)量，以克(g)為單位。
3.3
質(zhì)量測(cè)量允差 permissible errors of determination
拋光鉆石質(zhì)量的實(shí)際量與標(biāo)注量之間所允許的偏差極限值。
4 質(zhì)量測(cè)量允差的要求
質(zhì)量測(cè)量允差±0.0010g(0.005 ct)。
5 試驗(yàn)方法
5.1 測(cè)量條件
5.1.1 天平放置環(huán)境應(yīng)符合計(jì)量要求。
5.1.2 使用的天平應(yīng)在檢定周期內(nèi)。
5.1.3 使用時(shí)應(yīng)先做計(jì)量性能的檢查，再按常規(guī)進(jìn)行操作。
5.1.4 試驗(yàn)天平的要求：
a) 當(dāng)需要滿足第4章時(shí)應(yīng)使用分度值不大于0.1mg的電子天平。
b) 當(dāng)監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)時(shí)應(yīng)使用分度值不大于0.01mg的電子天平。
c) 當(dāng)使用機(jī)械天平時(shí)，其分度值不應(yīng)低于所規(guī)定的電子天平。
5.2 試驗(yàn)步驟
5.2.1 拋光鉆石標(biāo)注量的獲取
5.2.1.1 未鑲嵌拋光鉆石
按照其包裝物或?qū)?yīng)證書等中所標(biāo)示的拋光鉆石質(zhì)量作為拋光鉆石的標(biāo)注質(zhì)量；如其標(biāo)示的質(zhì)量單位為克拉(ct)，應(yīng)根據(jù)GB/T 16554將其換算成克(g)為質(zhì)量單位作為標(biāo)注質(zhì)量(m1)。
5.2.1.2 鑲嵌拋光鉆石飾品
根據(jù)GB 11887將印記中鑲嵌拋光鉆石飾品主鉆的質(zhì)量作為鉆石的標(biāo)注量(m1)；當(dāng)主鉆單位為克拉(ct)時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)GB/T 16554將其換算成克(g)為質(zhì)量單位作為標(biāo)注量(m1)。
然后進(jìn)行拆石，拆石后應(yīng)確認(rèn)鉆石未發(fā)生損壞。
5.2.2 拋光鉆石實(shí)際量的取得
