This standard specifies technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labelling, packing, quality certificate and ultrasonic testing method all regarding rolls for hot strip mill and plate mill.
This standard is applicable to working roll, supporting roll and vertical roll for hot strip mill and plate mill, of which the nominal width is not less than 1200mm.
