1 Scope
This document specifies methods of calculating the basic dynamic load rating and basic rating life for linear motion rolling bearings as well as the method of calculating life of linear motion rolling bearings and the conditions required for reliable life calculations.
This document is applicable to linear motion rolling bearings manufactured from contemporary, commonly used, high quality, hardened bearing steel in accordance with good manufacturing practice and basically of conventional design as regards the shape of the rolling contact surfaces.
This document is not applicable to designs where the rolling elements operate directly on the slide surface of the machine equipment, unless that surface is equivalent in all respects to the raceway of the linear motion rolling bearing component it replaces.

1 范圍
本文件規(guī)定了直線運(yùn)動(dòng)滾動(dòng)支承基本額定動(dòng)載荷和基本額定壽命的計(jì)算方法，以及直線運(yùn)動(dòng)滾動(dòng)支承壽命的計(jì)算方法和可靠的壽命計(jì)算所需的條件。
本文件適用于采用現(xiàn)代常用、高質(zhì)量淬硬軸承鋼，按良好加工方法制造，且滾動(dòng)接觸表面的形狀基本上為常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)的直線運(yùn)動(dòng)滾動(dòng)支承。
本文件不適用于滾動(dòng)體直接在機(jī)械設(shè)備的光滑表面上運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)，除非該表面在各方面與其所代替的直線運(yùn)動(dòng)滾動(dòng)支承零部件的滾道相當(dāng)。

為實(shí)現(xiàn)沿淬硬圓柱形軸作直線滾動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)而設(shè)計(jì)的具有若干循環(huán)球封閉滾道的基本圓柱形套筒。

為實(shí)現(xiàn)沿設(shè)有相應(yīng)滾道的淬硬導(dǎo)軌作直線滾動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)而設(shè)計(jì)的具有若干循環(huán)球(或滾子)的對稱、封閉滾道的直線球(或滾子)支承。

用球作滾動(dòng)體，每個(gè)球有兩個(gè)接觸點(diǎn)的直線支承。
